University of Oklahoma Course Equivalency Tables
Course equivalency tables have been developed for the colleges listed below. To view a particular school's equivalency table just click on that school's name. That college's courses are listed by department and course number, with the equivalent OU course number listed beside them. If a transfer course has been approved for OU general education credit, the specific general education core area and component are listed next to the OU equivalent course.
Courses that have no OU equivalent will still transfer to the University and often can be applied toward a degree. In some cases, they may substitute for required courses; in others, they may transfer as elective credit. How each course will apply toward your OU degree will be determined by your degree-recommending college within the University. Additionally, courses that carry fewer semester hours than their OU counterpart will generally substitute for the indicated OU courses, but students must make up the difference in credit hours before graduation.
